To add people to a group conversation:-
For Android:
1. Tap on the Chat menu icon 
on top right side corner.
2. Choose the group conversation that you want change its name.
3. Tap on the settings 
menu button on the top right corner.
4. Tap on Group Chat Info.
5. Tap on the 
icon to Add more participants.
6. Select people you want to add from your list.
7. Click Done.
For IOS:
1. Tap on the Chat menu icon on top right side corner.
2. Choose the group conversation that you want change its name.
3. Tap on the settings menu button on the top right corner.
4. Tap on Group Chat Info.
5. Tap on the icon to Add more participants.
6. Select people you want to add from your list.
7. Click Done.
