How do I change my name?

Note: - Verified accounts users can change Account Name, if your name does not match real name or was extracted wrong by the system while processing the verification operation you can request change name and it should match with their Real Name and should included (First name and Middle name or last name), Your request to sent to Support Team to review it.

          - Virtual accounts users can change their Account name with out any condition, expects names that considered as violation, or copyrighted name.

To change your name:-

For Android:

1. Tap on Profile icon item on left up corner.

2. Tap on the Settings icon .

3. Tap on Basic Information. and tap on what information you want to edit or change.

4.Tap on the pencil icon next to your name to edit it.

5.  Edit your information.

6. Tap on Done on the top right corner of the screen.

For iOS:

1. Tap on Profile icon item on left up corner.

2. Tap on the Settings icon .

3. Tap on Basic Information. and tap on what information you want to edit or change.

  4.Tap on the pencil icon next to your name to edit it.

5.  Edit your information.
