How do I find or browse sent/received media in my conversation?

In the message, you can find and see your sent and received media between you and others as a thread.

For Android:

1. Tap on the Chat menu icon  on top right side corner.

2. Choose a conversation from your Recent Chat conversations.

3. Enter the conversation that you want to browse then Tap on Settings on the top right corner button.


4. Tap on Media to browse the media.

5. You can choose between Photos, Videos, and links to view the media thread.



For IOS:

1. Tap on the Chat menu icon  on top right side corner.

2. Choose a conversation from your Recent Chat conversations.

3. Enter the conversation that you want to browse then Tap on settings on the top right corner button.


4. Tap on Media to browse the media.

5. You can choose between Photos, Videos, and links to view the media thread.
