What can I do if my call is too slow for calling?

If something isn't working as well or went wrong with your camera, microphone or speakers for video call, or voice call on Baaz, here are some things you can try:

  • Make sure that you allow Baaz to access your mobile device camera and microphone.
  • Check your internet connection, If your internet connection is slow, try re-connecting to your Wi-Fi network or connecting to a different network.
  • If you still having issues with your audio or video call let us know by contacting our Support team.
